Monaco refreshes public works contractor register for 2026

By Zak Jackson, MonacoViews Editorial

The Princely Government is inviting firms in Monaco and abroad to apply for inclusion in its renewed public works procurement register.

The Princely Government has opened a fresh call for applications to renew its official register of companies eligible for public works contracts in the Principality. Both firms already listed on the register and new applicants, whether based in Monaco or overseas, are invited to submit their candidacy.

Successful applicants will be assigned a category and a defined set of trade classifications, each carrying an associated financial ceiling that determines the scale of contracts for which they can be considered. The renewal process ensures the register reflects the current market and gives contractors a clear route into publicly funded construction and infrastructure projects in Monaco.

Companies interested in tendering for work in the Principality should submit their applications in line with the Government's published requirements before the stated deadline.
