• Usage data: pages visited, searches performed, properties viewed and saved. This data is collected to improve the platform and to personalise your experience.

• To match your buyer brief against relevant property listings and notify you of matches.

• OpenAI: messages sent to the AI chat assistant are processed by OpenAI (gpt-4o-mini model) to generate responses. Please do not share sensitive personal or financial information via the chat. OpenAI's privacy policy is available at openai.com/policies/privacy-policy.
• Hosting provider: our platform is hosted on cloud infrastructure. Your data is stored on servers within the EEA or in countries with adequate data protection.
• Property owners and sellers: if you submit an enquiry about a property, the content of that enquiry is shared with the relevant owner or seller.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law. Enquiry and contact data is retained for 12 months from the date of submission.
