Buyers complete KYC and submit a buying brief at registration; proof of funds is requested at the point a serious viewing is proposed. Once an introduction has been made, the transaction itself is handled by your chosen agency, notaire and lawyers — MonacoViews is not the agent of either party.

Yes. There are no restrictions on foreign ownership in Monaco. Buyers of any nationality can purchase property freely. Ownership can also support a residency application to the Principality.

Expect approximately 6% on top of the purchase price: 4.5% in registration duties (droits d'enregistrement) and around 1–1.5% for notary fees and administrative charges.

The platform also surfaces agency-listed properties, so everything is visible in one place.

From offer to completion, typically 2–3 months. After agreeing on a price, a reservation agreement is signed with a 10% deposit. The notaire then completes due diligence and prepares the final deed.
