Monaco launches online tool for business relocations

A new digital service lets Monaco-registered companies handle registered office transfers and secondary premises applications entirely online.
Company directors and legal representatives operating in the Principality can now manage two of their most administratively demanding procedures without setting foot in a government office. The new teleservice, available to businesses registered in Monaco, covers both the transfer of a registered office address and the opening of a secondary establishment or annexe.
For anyone who has navigated Monaco's business registration process in person, the convenience is considerable. Both procedures can now be completed entirely online, reducing the back-and-forth that has traditionally accompanied any change to a company's official premises.
For the Principality's business community, which ranges from financial services firms in the Carré d'Or to light industrial operators in Fontvieille, smoother administrative processes are a practical advantage. Monaco has been steadily expanding its digital public services offer, and this addition continues that direction.
