Lia Riva brings yachting legend to life in Riva Tunnel

The seventh-generation head of the Riva speedboat dynasty spoke to a Monaco audience inside the storied Riva Tunnel beneath the Palace Rock.
Few venues in the Principality carry quite the atmosphere of the Riva Tunnel, the extraordinary cavern carved into the Rock beneath the Prince's Palace. Emmanuelle Ragazzi-Lavarello of Business Time chose it deliberately as the setting for an evening hosted by the Junior Chamber of Commerce, and the space proved every bit as fitting as intended.
The guest of honour was Lia Riva, seventh-generation custodian of the Riva luxury speedboat dynasty. Speaking to an attentive audience, she drew on a lifetime of personal encounters with some of the most recognisable names in film, sport, and culture, all of them connected by their relationship with the Riva brand.
