Thirty-nine students qualifying as nurses and care assistants received their diplomas at a ceremony attended by Monaco's health minister and hospital leadership.
The Institut de Formation en Soins Infirmiers (IFSI) and the Institut de Formation d'Aides-Soignants (IFAS) marked the graduation of 39 students this week, with diplomas and professional insignia presented at a formal ceremony in the Principality. Christophe Robino, Minister of Social Affairs and Health, attended alongside Franck Lobono representing the President of the National Council, underlining the government's continued investment in training the next generation of healthcare workers for Monaco's hospital system.
Caroline Rougaignon-Vernin, President of the Board of the Centre Hospitalier Princesse Grace, and the hospital's director Benoîte Rousseau de Sevelinges were also present, reflecting the close ties between the training institutes and Monaco's principal hospital. Jacques Pastor served as patron of this year's IFSI cohort.
IFSI director Candice Vanbiervliet congratulated the graduating students, who now move into roles across the Principality's health and care sector at a time when demand for qualified nursing and care staff remains a priority for the Centre Hospitalier Princesse Grace and the wider Monegasque healthcare system.
