Vuelta Grand Départ: Monaco road closures this Saturday

A time-trial stage will shut most of Monaco's central road network between midday and 9pm on Saturday as the Vuelta a España gets under way.
The Vuelta a España rolls out of Monaco this weekend, with Saturday's individual time-trial bringing significant disruption to residents and workers across the Principality. The vast majority of central routes will be closed from 12:00 to 21:00 as riders compete on the intra-muros circuit.
Anyone commuting into or out of Monaco on Saturday is advised to complete journeys before midday or plan for a late evening departure. Parking and access to several districts will be affected throughout the afternoon, with restrictions likely to ease only once the final riders finish on the course.
Sunday's programme is also expected to see continued activity linked to the Grand Départ weekend, so residents should monitor updates from the Principality's authorities before making travel arrangements for either day.
