By Zak Jackson, MonacoViews Editorial

Théo Schellino, 22, has graduated top of the whole Académie de Nice after completing his accountancy BTS at Lycée Rainier III with a near-perfect average of 19.14.

Lycée Rainier III has produced the standout graduate of the 2026 BTS session, with Monaco resident Théo Schellino finishing first across the entire Académie de Nice - the examining authority that oversees Monaco's secondary and post-secondary education system. His average of 19.14 out of 20 placed him ahead of all other BTS candidates, across every discipline, throughout the academy.

Schellino completed his BTS Comptabilité et Gestion, the two-year higher technician certificate in accounting and management, at the Monaco lycée on Boulevard Albert Ier. The result is notable not just within the Principality but across a broad academic region that encompasses schools and colleges throughout the Alpes-Maritimes and beyond.
