Monte-Carlo Jazz Festival marks 20 years with stellar 2026 lineup

By Zak Jackson, MonacoViews Editorial

Selah Sue, Melody Gardot, Thomas Dutronc and Gregory Porter headline the festival's anniversary edition, running at Salle Garnier from 18 to 29 November.

Salle Garnier will host the Monte-Carlo Jazz Festival's 20th anniversary edition across twelve nights this November, with a lineup that spans jazz, Italian chanson, Anglophone rock and African choral traditions. The bill brings back several artists who have performed at the festival before, reflecting the organisers' long-standing commitment to blending jazz with broader musical influences rather than programming a purely genre-orthodox event.

Among the confirmed headliners, Belgian singer-songwriter Selah Sue and American jazz vocalist Gregory Porter are joined by French guitarist Thomas Dutronc and the acclaimed American jazz-pop artist Melody Gardot. The festival runs from 18 to 29 November 2026, with tickets and the full schedule expected to be released through the Opéra de Monte-Carlo.
