Monte-Carlo Beach reinvents itself ahead of its centenary

The Société des Bains de Mer's seafront hotel is unveiling a new identity, a Jacquemus collaboration and a new Italian kitchen under chef Simone Zanoni.
The Monte-Carlo Beach is heading into summer 2026 with its most significant refresh in years. Director René Blino has overseen a new visual identity for the property, a design collaboration with French fashion house Jacquemus, and the arrival of celebrated chef Simone Zanoni to lead a new Italian dining offer at the Roquebrune-Cap-Martin seafront address.
Zanoni, who built his reputation at the George V in Paris, brings a Mediterranean-Italian menu that sits alongside the existing restaurant programme and is intended to sharpen the Beach's appeal to a younger, style-conscious clientele without abandoning its loyal regulars.
Blino has framed the changes as part of a longer ambition to keep the property feeling alive and surprising as it approaches its hundredth anniversary. The centenary, still a few years off, is already shaping the direction of investment and programming, with each season designed to add a new chapter rather than simply repeat the last.
For residents and property owners along the Côte d'Azur corridor, the Monte-Carlo Beach remains one of the most coveted summer memberships in the region. The 2026 overhaul is a reminder that the Société des Bains de Mer continues to treat it as a serious hospitality asset, not merely a heritage fixture.
