Monaco Yacht Show opens with 560 exhibitors and luxury submarines

The 2026 Monaco Yacht Show opened on 23 September with around 120 superyachts moored in Port Hercule and 560 exhibitors.
The Monaco Yacht Show opened in Port Hercule on 23 September, marking its 35th edition since the event first anchored in the Principality in 1991. This year's edition gathers around 560 exhibitors and roughly 120 superyachts moored along the quays, drawing naval architects, designers and luxury equipment suppliers from across the industry.
Among the equipment on display, personal submarines built for installation aboard superyachts are drawing particular attention. Priced in the millions, these vessels are increasingly ordered by owners who want underwater exploration as part of the onboard experience, and several manufacturers are presenting new models this year.
For Monaco, the show remains one of the busiest weeks on the calendar, filling hotels, restaurants and the port with buyers, brokers and crew from across the yachting world. The event runs through the week at Port Hercule, with ticketed public access to the quays alongside dedicated trade days for industry professionals.
