Monaco seeks volunteers for waste reduction week in November

The Directorate of the Environment is calling on residents and businesses to join the European Week for Waste Reduction from 21 to 29 November.
The Principality will take part in the European Week for Waste Reduction for the eighth year running, with this year's edition scheduled from 21 to 29 November under the theme "Questioning our choices, valuing our resources."
The Directorate of the Environment is asking residents, local businesses and organisations to register initiatives during the nine-day campaign, which typically includes repair workshops, swap events and awareness sessions aimed at cutting waste at source rather than simply managing it after the fact.
For Monaco households and companies already navigating the Principality's sorting and recycling requirements, the week offers a practical entry point: those interested in organising or hosting an event are invited to contact the Directorate of the Environment ahead of the November dates to have their activity included in the official programme.
