Monaco graduate support scheme marks 16 years of placements

The Commission d'Insertion des Diplômés held its 16th annual meeting, reporting that 225 young graduates received personalised career support in the past year.
The Commission d'Insertion des Diplômés (CID) gathered for its 16th annual review on 17 September, taking stock of a programme that has quietly shaped the early careers of hundreds of Monégasque graduates since its launch in 2010. Last year alone, 225 young people received one-to-one guidance through the scheme, which prioritises practical support over generic advice.
A highlight of the session was a presentation on the CID Alumni network, launched in June 2026. The network is designed to maintain lasting connections between graduates of the Principality, giving former participants a structured way to support one another as their careers develop. The meeting also reviewed an expansion to the programme's eligibility criteria that has been phased in since 2024, broadening the number of graduates who can access the service.
