Chef Simone Zanoni brings his Michelin-starred Parisian cuisine to La Vigie for a seasonal summer residency at Monaco Beach.
From 12 June, the La Vigie peninsula at Monte-Carlo Beach hosts La Vigie Zanoni Monte-Carlo, a seasonal restaurant running until 13 September. Chef Simone Zanoni, who operates a Michelin-starred table in Paris, is bringing his celebrated Italian cuisine to one of the Principality's most strikingly positioned dining venues, a headland that overlooks the sea between Monaco and the French Riviera coastline.
Zanoni's appointment marks a notable step up for the venue, which has long drawn summer crowds. His established culinary reputation and Michelin recognition give the 2026 season sharper focus than previous iterations. "The Principality deserves a beautiful Italian table," Zanoni has said of the partnership, bringing his signature approach to Mediterranean-Italian cooking to the idyllic setting.
For residents and visitors planning summer meals, bookings for the three-month run are expected to fill quickly given the combination of Zanoni's standing, the venue's distinctive location, and the limited seasonal window.
