Laurent Herschbach takes over as General Manager of Hôtel Métropole Monte-Carlo, succeeding Klaus Kabelitz following the close of the summer season.
Laurent Herschbach has been named General Manager of Hôtel Métropole Monte-Carlo, with the appointment confirmed on Tuesday 8 September. He steps into the role after Klaus Kabelitz guided the property through the peak summer period before returning to London.
Herschbach brings a background at the Ritz to his new position on Avenue de la Madone, one of the Principality's most prominent five-star addresses. The appointment signals a fresh chapter for the Métropole as it moves into the autumn and winter calendar, a period when the hotel typically hosts a range of private events and corporate gatherings for Monaco's resident and visiting clientele.
