Film shoot closes Quai Albert Ier and key roads this week

A cinematic production in Monaco will restrict pedestrian and vehicle access across several central routes from Sunday 23 August until Friday 28 August.
Quai Albert Ier will be closed to pedestrians from noon on Sunday 23 August until 23:59 on Friday 28 August as a film crew takes over one of the Principality's most recognisable waterfront stretches. Residents living along the affected routes are exempt from vehicle restrictions, subject to brief interruptions required for filming.
Vehicle closures will operate daily between 05:00 and 10:00 and affect Avenue J.F. Kennedy, Boulevard Louis II and Route de la Piscine between the car park and the adjacent section. Monday 24 August is the first day the full set of road closures comes into effect.
Anyone moving around Port Hercule or the Fontvieille approach during morning hours this week should plan alternative routes. The Mairie has not confirmed which production is filming, though the scale of the disruption points to a significant international shoot.
