CID launches alumni network to link Monaco graduates

The Commission for the Integration of Graduates is connecting past beneficiaries with new job-seekers through a dedicated alumni network launched this month.
The Commission for the Integration of Graduates, known in Monaco as the CID, has launched a formal alumni network designed to create direct links between young people currently entering the job market and those who have already passed through the scheme. The initiative forms part of the CID's broader plans to strengthen its support offering for graduates seeking employment in the Principality.
The network is intended to give new entrants practical access to people who have navigated the same process, creating a peer resource that complements the CID's existing mentoring and placement work. For Monegasque graduates and residents qualifying under the scheme, the alumni connection offers a more grounded form of guidance than institutional advice alone. The CID has been a core part of Monaco's approach to youth employment for some years, and formalising these relationships between cohorts marks a meaningful step in how that support is structured going forward.
