French artist Brigitte Aliot's abstract painting exhibition IN FILE runs at Le Méridien Beach Plaza's lobby until 16 January 2027.
The lobby of Le Méridien Beach Plaza on Avenue Princesse Grace has been given over to French artist Brigitte Aliot for her exhibition IN FILE, a collection of abstract paintings exploring colour and movement. The works will remain on display until 16 January 2027, giving guests and passersby several months to take in the pieces as part of their stay or a stroll along the seafront.
The show forms part of the hotel's ongoing artistic programme, which has periodically turned its public spaces into informal gallery settings for visiting artists. For residents who pass the Beach Plaza regularly, whether heading to Larvotto or walking the coastal path, it offers a low-key reason to step inside and see how the hotel continues to use its lobby as more than just a transit space.
Aliot's approach favours open interpretation over fixed meaning, inviting viewers to read movement and colour on their own terms rather than through a single narrative. It is a modest but welcome addition to Monaco's calendar of accessible, free-to-view art during the autumn and winter months.
