Police have extended custody of the man arrested following Antoine de Massy's death in Monaco by a further 24 hours, with no lines of enquiry ruled out.

Antoine de Massy, a member of Monaco's extended Princely Family, died aged 29 after his body was discovered in a garden in Monaco on Sunday evening, 25 October. A man was arrested and placed in police custody on Monday morning, with authorities declining to confirm whether the individual is a suspect or witness at that time.

Police have now extended the custody period by 24 hours, signalling an intensifying investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death. The authorities have confirmed they are not ruling out any lines of enquiry as they continue their investigation.

Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene issued a tribute following the death, with the Princely Palace expressing their sadness at the loss and their support for his family during this difficult time. Antoine belonged to the extended Grimaldi family network through the Massy branch, which traces connections through Princess Antoinette.
