Tour Odéon is a residential skyscraper at 36 Avenue de l’Annonciade, 98000 Monaco, located in the La Rousse-Saint Roman district on the eastern side of the principality. Completed in 2015, the development rises to 49 floors and approximately 170 metres in height, making it the tallest building in Monaco and one of the tallest residential towers on the Mediterranean coastline.

The project was developed by Groupe Marzocco and designed by architect Alexandre Giraldi, whose work has shaped several major Monaco developments. Tour Odéon dramatically altered Monaco’s skyline on completion, introducing a scale and vertical presence previously unseen within the principality’s traditionally lower-rise urban environment.

Architecturally, Tour Odéon combines curved glass façades with strong vertical lines and large external terraces, giving the building a noticeably different appearance from Monaco’s older residential stock. The development was also among the first in Monaco to fully embrace ultra-high-rise luxury living with integrated hotel-style services and advanced building systems.

Residents benefit from 24-hour concierge and valet services, underground parking, private chauffeur facilities, wellness and spa areas, indoor swimming pools, fitness facilities, business services and resident security infrastructure. Some services are managed in a style closer to international luxury hotels than traditional Monaco apartment buildings.

Tour Odéon also marked a broader shift in Monaco’s residential market towards large-scale branded luxury developments with international architectural ambition. While the building attracted attention for record-breaking apartment values and headline penthouse sales, it also established a new benchmark for vertical residential construction within the principality.

Today, Tour Odéon remains one of Monaco’s most recognisable modern landmarks, appealing particularly to buyers seeking panoramic views, extensive services and newer large-format apartments that are difficult to replicate within Monaco’s older residential buildings.
