Johanna Houdrouge has stepped down after six years leading Monaco's Association of Women Business Leaders, with elections this week marking a new chapter for the organisation.
After six years at the helm, Johanna Houdrouge has handed over the presidency of Monaco's Association of Women Business Leaders following elections held this week. Her tenure saw the organisation grow in membership and gain greater international visibility, positioning it as a recognised voice for women entrepreneurs in the Principality.
Houdrouge described her departure as an emotional moment, having steered the association through a period that included the disruptions of the pandemic years as well as a broader push to strengthen cross-border networks for Monaco-based businesswomen. The identity of her successor has not yet been confirmed publicly.
The association has been one of the more active professional networks in Monaco, connecting members with counterparts across Europe and beyond. The leadership transition marks a significant moment for an organisation that has grown considerably in profile since Houdrouge took charge in 2020.
