All 184 riders from 23 teams were presented to a large crowd in the Principality on Thursday evening ahead of the 81st Vuelta a España.
The Principality hosted the official team presentation for the 81st Vuelta a España on Thursday evening, with 184 riders from 23 teams paraded before a packed crowd. Among the headline names introduced were defending champion Tadej Pogacar, Primoz Roglic, Mads Pedersen and Monaco's own Victor Langellotti, whose presence drew particular warmth from the home audience.
The presentation marks the start of what promises to be a fiercely contested Grand Tour, with several of the sport's biggest names lining up against one another from the opening stages. For Monaco, hosting the ceremony reinforces the Principality's position as a natural stage for elite cycling events, building on its long association with the sport through the annual Riviera Classic and its proximity to the Col de Turini and other iconic training routes.
The race itself gets under way shortly after the Monaco presentation, with riders heading into Spain for three weeks of competition. Langellotti's inclusion in the peloton gives local fans a compelling reason to follow the race closely across the coming weeks.
