Town Hall outlines support measures for Condamine Market redevelopment project
Local officials briefed residents and businesses on assistance plans ahead of the major renovation of Condamine Market Hall starting mid-January 2026.
Municipal authorities held an information session on Monday 15 December at Casa d'I Soci to outline support measures for the upcoming Condamine Market Hall redevelopment project. The evening meeting was designed to inform local residents, traders, and nearby businesses about the major renovation work scheduled to begin in mid-January 2026.
Mayor Georges Marsan presided over the session, joined by deputy mayors to address community concerns about the significant construction project. The restructuring of the historic market hall represents a substantial investment in updating one of Monaco's key commercial and cultural landmarks.
The Town Hall organised this proactive community engagement to ensure local stakeholders understand the project timeline and available assistance programmes. With the renovation set to transform this vital neighbourhood hub, officials are working to minimise disruption to daily life and business operations in the Condamine district.
