Three Commercial Spaces Available for Lease in Monaco's Premium Locations

The Domains Administration has launched applications for three commercial letting opportunities across Monaco, targeting businesses seeking prime retail locations in the Principality.

Two opportunities are available within the Résidence Héméra development at 5 boulevard Rainier III. The first comprises a shell-condition unit spanning approximately 94 square metres on the ground floor of Block A, ready for commercial fit-out excluding restaurant operations. A second retail space is also available within the same prestigious residential complex.

Additionally, a kiosque unit has become available in the sought-after area between the Pasteur district and the Hélios building, offering businesses a strategic position in one of Monaco's busy commercial zones.

The application process was formally announced in the Journal de Monaco on 27 March and 3 April 2026, with interested commercial operators invited to submit their proposals for these prime Monaco retail opportunities.
