Scammers impersonate Prince Albert II Foundation chief

The Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation has warned the public that fraudulent messages are circulating online using the identity of Olivier Wenden.
The Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation has issued a public alert after cybercriminals began circulating fake messages impersonating Olivier Wenden, who served as the Foundation's Vice-President and Chief Executive Officer and now holds the role of Chief of Staff to His Serene Highness Prince Albert II.
The Foundation confirmed the communications are fraudulent and do not originate from Wenden or the organisation. Anyone who has received messages purporting to be from him in an official Foundation capacity is advised to disregard them and refrain from sharing any personal or financial information in response.
The warning is a reminder that high-profile Monaco institutions and their senior figures are increasingly targeted by impersonation scams. Residents and those with links to the Principality's charitable and civic networks should verify the authenticity of any unsolicited approach that invokes the Foundation's name or personnel before taking any action.
