The royal inauguration drew a distinguished gathering, with Charlotte Casiraghi and Mélanie Antoinette de Massy joining the celebrations alongside senior officials from across Monaco. Mayor Georges Marsan and Deputy Mayor Camille Svara welcomed the royal guests to the modern facility.
