Pogba makes first Monaco start in Metz away fixture

Paul Pogba will start for AS Monaco against Metz, marking his first starting appearance in over three years since his Juventus days.
Paul Pogba is set to make his debut as a starter for AS Monaco when they face Metz this Saturday evening at 7pm in their Ligue 1 encounter.
The French international midfielder will experience his first starting role in more than three years, with his last beginning eleven appearance dating back to his time at Juventus Turin. Manager Sébastien Pocognoli has confirmed his decision to field Pogba from the opening whistle in what represents the 32nd matchday of the current Ligue 1 season.
This milestone moment comes as Monaco continue their campaign in France's top division, with Pogba now ready to contribute from the start after his recent arrival at the Principality club.
