NMNM founder's art collection heads to Artcurial auction

The personal art collection of Marie-Claude Beaud, who led the Nouveau Musée National de Monaco for over a decade, is to be sold at auction through Artcurial.
Marie-Claude Beaud, the founding director of the Nouveau Musée National de Monaco, assembled a personal art collection over her long career that is now heading to auction through Artcurial. Beaud shaped the NMNM's identity across more than a decade at its helm, and her collection is expected to reflect the breadth of her relationships with artists and institutions during that time.
The sale will draw attention from collectors with ties to Monaco's cultural scene, given Beaud's central role in establishing the NMNM as a serious contemporary art institution within the Principality.
