New police graduates named after Charlotte Casiraghi

Around 30 recruits completed ten months of intensive training and were welcomed into Monaco's Directorate of Public Safety at the Rainier III Auditorium on Monday.
The Rainier III Auditorium hosted the graduation ceremony on Monday for the latest cohort of Monaco police recruits, with the 40th class of lieutenant cadets and the 36th class of police officers jointly named after Charlotte Casiraghi. Around 30 officers completed the formal intake, marking the latest stage in the Principality's ongoing renewal of its public safety ranks.
The ten-month training programme covers the full range of policing disciplines required to serve in Monaco, one of the most densely populated territories in the world. Graduating classes are traditionally named after figures connected to the Princely Family or Monaco's public life, making this cohort's designation a notable honour for Princess Caroline's daughter.
The Directorate of Public Safety oversees all uniformed policing in the Principality. The addition of roughly 30 trained officers represents a meaningful reinforcement of a force responsible for the security of residents, property owners and the millions of visitors who pass through Monaco each year.
