Monaco's largest performance venue, Live By Léo Ferré at Îlot Pasteur, is set to open on 10 March 2027 with room for 1,900 spectators.
Monaco will gain its largest performance venue yet when Live By Léo Ferré opens its doors on 10 March 2027. The new hall sits within the Îlot Pasteur development, an area that has steadily reshaped the western edge of the Principality with housing, retail and now a major cultural facility.
With a maximum capacity of 1,900 spectators, combining standing and seated configurations, the venue is designed to host concerts and large-scale shows that the Principality has previously struggled to accommodate. Monaco's existing cultural spaces, from the Grimaldi Forum to the Opera house, cater to smaller or more formal audiences, leaving a gap for the kind of mid-to-large concert bookings that regularly bypass the Principality in favour of Nice or Cannes.
For residents, the opening promises a broader and more frequent entertainment programme without the need to cross the border for bigger acts. Property owners and businesses around Îlot Pasteur should also expect increased footfall on show nights, adding a new rhythm to a part of Monaco that has been under transformation for several years.
