Monte-Carlo Resort adds three venues to sustainable seafood initiative

By MonacoViews Editorial, MonacoViews Editorial

SBM's commitment to responsible fishing practices grows as three additional restaurants join the Mr. Goodfish programme, bringing total participants to 18.

The Monte-Carlo resort has strengthened its dedication to sustainable seafood by welcoming three more establishments into the Mr. Goodfish programme, expanding participation across SBM properties to 18 venues.

The formal commitment ceremony took place at the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo's Salon Régence, where SBM's leadership reaffirmed the group's environmental responsibilities. This initiative promotes responsible fishing practices by encouraging restaurants to serve seafood that supports marine conservation.

Mr. Goodfish works directly with culinary teams to identify sustainable species and seasonal availability, helping diners make informed choices about their seafood consumption. The programme has gained significant traction across Monaco's hospitality sector as environmental consciousness becomes increasingly important to both operators and guests.
