MonGuichet.mc adds business address change tool

Monaco-registered companies can now handle registered office transfers and branch openings entirely online through the MonGuichet.mc portal, replacing the previous paper-based process.
The MonGuichet.mc platform has gained a new tool that will make life considerably easier for directors and representatives of Monaco-registered businesses. A joint project between the Direction du Développement Économique and the Direction des Services Numériques, the new teleservice allows companies to manage registered office transfers and the opening of secondary premises or annexe spaces entirely online, without the need to submit a physical dossier.
Until now, these administrative steps required paper filings, adding time and friction to what are often straightforward corporate changes. The move to full dematerialisation brings Monaco's business administration further in line with the digital-first approach the government has been building out through MonGuichet.mc, which continues to expand the range of procedures available to residents and businesses in the Principality.
For the many SMEs and holding structures based in Monaco, this is a practical improvement. Whether relocating a registered office within the Principality or formalising a new operational site, directors can now complete the process at any time through their secure MonGuichet account, with no physical visit or paper submission required.
