The Monégasque Embassy in France welcomed students from the Paris Interuniversity United Nations Committee for an educational session on diplomatic relations and current affairs.
Ambassador Valérie Bruell-Melchior opened the meeting by discussing contemporary developments in Monaco and broader geopolitical challenges, outlining her dual diplomatic role representing the Principality in both France and Andorra. She highlighted the recent official visit to Monaco by Xavier Espot Zamora, Andorra's Prime Minister, which took place from 19 to 21 March.
The diplomatic team provided the visiting students with insights into Monaco's rich heritage, governmental structure, and institutional framework. The session offered these future international relations professionals a valuable opportunity to understand the Principality's unique position in European diplomacy and its relationships with neighbouring countries.
Such educational initiatives demonstrate Monaco's commitment to fostering understanding of its role on the international stage among the next generation of diplomatic professionals.
