Monaco's culinary trio claims silver at prestigious London competition

Three young professionals from the Principality secured second place at the global Young Chef Young Waiter and Young Mixologist finals in London.

The Principality has achieved remarkable success on the international culinary stage, with three talented young professionals bringing home silver from one of the hospitality industry's most prestigious competitions.

Competing against teams from nine other nations at the worldwide finals of the Young Chef Young Waiter and Young Mixologist contest, Monaco's representatives demonstrated exceptional skill during the four-day event held in London from 16th to 19th March.

The team's outstanding performance saw them finish as runners-up, narrowly beaten only by the United States in what proved to be an intensely competitive finale. The achievement highlights the exceptional standard of culinary training and hospitality excellence within Monaco's restaurant sector.
