The Commission d'Insertion des Diplômés has launched a CID Alumni community to connect former beneficiaries with graduates still entering the workforce.
The Commission d'Insertion des Diplômés, the government body set up in 2010 under the Department of Social Affairs and Health to help young Monégasques enter employment, has announced the creation of a formal alumni network. The CID Alumni community brings together former CID beneficiaries, graduates currently in the scheme, and Monégasque employers under a single platform.
Since its founding, the CID has worked with close to 2,700 young people through individualised support programmes, achieving a professional insertion rate of around 78 per cent. The alumni network is designed to build on that record by giving graduates a structured way to stay connected, share experience and support those still navigating the job market.
For residents with children studying abroad or locally, the CID remains one of the more practical resources the Principality offers young people transitioning from education to work. The new community adds a peer dimension to what has until now been an individually focused service.
