The National Council has authorised land decommissioning for the next phase of the Larvotto Supérieur project, paving the way for 35 state apartments.
The National Council has voted to move forward with the Larvotto Supérieur housing development, approving the decommissioning of land needed for the project's next construction phase on Thursday, 2nd April.
The state-led initiative will create 35 domanial apartments along boulevard du Larvotto, accompanied by 94 parking spaces. This represents a significant addition to Monaco's public housing stock in one of the principality's most sought-after residential areas.
The decision marks a crucial step in advancing this major residential project, which forms part of Monaco's ongoing efforts to address housing needs within its limited territory. The development's location near the Larvotto district positions it in an area that has seen considerable urban renewal in recent years.
