Larvotto Boulevard Set for Major Development with 35 State Homes and Data Centre

Monaco's National Council approves land redesignation for new residential complex featuring 35 state apartments, parking spaces, and digital infrastructure.

The National Council has given the green light to redesignate land parcels along Boulevard du Larvotto, clearing the way for an ambitious new development project. The approved scheme will deliver 35 state-owned residential units alongside essential digital infrastructure.

The comprehensive development, known as the 'Larvotto Supérieur' project, will also include 94 parking spaces to serve residents and visitors. A modern data centre forms a key component of the plans, reflecting Monaco's commitment to strengthening its digital infrastructure capabilities.

Construction timelines indicate the complex should reach completion by the end of 2028. This mixed-use approach combines much-needed housing provision with cutting-edge technology facilities, addressing two critical areas of Monaco's ongoing urban development strategy.
