La Vigie Monte-Carlo reopens as Zanoni's Italian summer table

La Vigie Zanoni Monte-Carlo opens on the Monte-Carlo Beach peninsula for a seasonal run from 12 June to 13 September 2026.
From 12 June, the La Vigie peninsula at Monte-Carlo Beach has a new identity for summer 2026. Chef Simone Zanoni, known for his Italian-focused cooking, is leading the kitchen at La Vigie Zanoni Monte-Carlo, a seasonal restaurant that will serve until 13 September.
Zanoni brings a Mediterranean-Italian direction to one of the Principality's most distinctively positioned dining spots, a headland venue that looks out over the sea between Monaco and the French Riviera coastline. The La Vigie space has long drawn a summer crowd, and the appointment of a named chef with an established culinary reputation gives the 2026 season a sharper focus than previous iterations.
For residents and visitors planning summer meals, bookings for the three-month run are expected to fill quickly given the combination of the setting and Zanoni's following. The restaurant closes on 13 September, in line with the end of the principal summer season at Monte-Carlo Beach.
