Fort Antoine opens its stage to young talent
By Laurent Duval, MonacoViews Editorial
The historic Fort Antoine amphitheatre is hosting an open-stage evening dedicated to emerging young performers this April.
Perched above the Rocher with one of the most dramatic natural backdrops in the Principality, Fort Antoine is lending its open-air stage to a new generation of performers on 30th April 2026. The evening marks a departure from the fort's established summer theatre programme, offering a platform specifically shaped around emerging local talent.
The format gives young artists the opportunity to perform before a live audience in a setting that few venues anywhere can match. For residents of the Rocher and the surrounding areas, it is the kind of neighbourhood cultural moment that the fort, managed under the auspices of the Prince's Government, does particularly well.
Details on participating performers and how to attend are available through Monaco Service Public. Given the amphitheatre's limited capacity, those intending to go would be wise to confirm arrangements early.
