Fontvieille Escalators Back in Service After Major Works
The mechanical escalators connecting Parvis Léo Ferré and Jardin Animalier in Fontvieille have reopened to the public.
Residents and visitors can once again use the mechanical escalators linking Parvis Léo Ferré with the Jardin Animalier in Fontvieille, following the completion of essential maintenance works.
The escalators, which provide a vital connection between these two popular areas of the reclaimed district, had been temporarily out of service whilst technical teams carried out necessary repairs and upgrades.
