Monaco continues its digital transformation with a new pilot programme equipping residential buildings with intelligent energy management and security systems.
As part of the Extended Monaco initiative, the government is partnering with technology providers to pilot smart building solutions in select residential towers. The programme includes automated energy optimisation, predictive maintenance for building systems, enhanced digital security, and resident-facing mobile applications. The pilot targets buildings in the Larvotto and Carre d Or districts.
