Legal professionals gather to examine ethical standards in Monaco
The Judicial Training Institute hosted a conference at Collège Charles III focusing on professional ethics for legal practitioners.
Legal professionals from across the Principality came together last month for a dedicated conference examining ethical standards within the judicial system. The event, organised by the Judicial Training Institute (IMFPJ), took place at Collège Charles III on April 27.
Samuel Vuelta Simon, Director of Judicial Services, led the proceedings as part of the institute's comprehensive 2025-2026 training programme. The session was designed to deepen practitioners' understanding of Monegasque legal frameworks and the ethical obligations that underpin the profession.
The conference represents part of ongoing efforts to ensure legal professionals operating within Monaco maintain the highest standards of professional conduct. These educational initiatives help reinforce the Principality's commitment to judicial excellence and ethical practice across all levels of the legal system.
