Monaco has launched a fully digital hiring system, introducing new online features designed to simplify and accelerate employment processes across the Principality. The initiative, led by the Department of Social Affairs and Health in collaboration with the Direction du Travail and the Interministerial Delegation for Digital Transition, represents a significant modernisation of Monaco's administrative infrastructure.
The platform builds on earlier digitalisation work carried out in 2024, which laid the groundwork for the current system. Employers can now manage the full hiring process online, reducing paperwork and processing times.
The launch forms part of the government's broader digital transformation agenda, which aims to bring public services in line with contemporary expectations of efficiency and accessibility.
