Camara, Golovin and Minamino named for PSG clash

By Zak Jackson, MonacoViews Editorial

AS Monaco travel to Paris Saint-Germain on Friday 4 September for a Ligue 1 third-round fixture, with Lamine Camara confirmed in the squad despite his late-window Chelsea pursuit.

Filipe Luis has named a full-strength squad for Friday's trip to the Parc des Princes, with three players whose futures had been the subject of speculation all included. Lamine Camara, Monaco's standout performer in the opening weeks of the season, is available after a move to Chelsea collapsed in the final hours of the transfer window. The Senegalese midfielder travels to Paris with his status at the club firmly intact.

Aleksandr Golovin is also in the group after reported interest from Russian clubs failed to materialise into a departure. Takumi Minamino completes the notable inclusions: the Japanese international had not featured in a matchday squad since December, making his return to selection a significant moment for a Monaco side that currently leads Ligue 1. Kick-off at the Parc des Princes is 21h05 on Friday 4 September.
