Camara and Golovin start as Monaco face PSG at Parc des Princes

By Zak Jackson, MonacoViews Editorial

Both players, who have faced transfer speculation this week, are named in AS Monaco's starting eleven for Friday's Ligue 1 clash in Paris.

Lamine Camara and Aleksandr Golovin are both named in the starting line-up as AS Monaco travel to the Parc des Princes to face Paris Saint-Germain in Ligue 1 on Friday evening, with kick-off scheduled for 21:05.

Camara's inclusion comes days after a move to Chelsea fell through earlier this week, while Golovin has been the subject of reported interest from clubs in Russia. Both players' continued presence in the squad will reassure supporters who had feared the club could be weakened before the transfer window closes.

The fixture is among the most watched in French football, and Monaco's ability to field two of their most influential midfielders against the reigning champions gives Philippe Clement's side a genuine opportunity to make a statement in the early weeks of the Ligue 1 season.
