Billionaire David Reuben joins wave of Britons moving to Monaco

British property billionaire David Reuben, 88, has left his Holland Park home in London to settle in Monaco over the summer.
David Reuben, the 88-year-old property investor who built his fortune alongside brother Simon through the Reuben Brothers group, has relocated from Holland Park in west London to Monaco. A spokesman for the Reuben brothers confirmed the move but offered no further detail on where in the Principality he has settled or his reasons for the change.
The move adds another high-profile name to Monaco's long list of wealthy British residents drawn by the tax regime, security and compact lifestyle on the Rock and in Monte-Carlo. For estate agents and property managers in Monaco, each such arrival reinforces demand at the top end of a market already strained by limited supply, particularly for the large, discreet residences favoured by figures of Reuben's standing.
The Reuben brothers have built an extensive portfolio spanning property, logistics and investment interests across London and beyond, and their business dealings are often closely watched in both the UK and Monaco. Quite what David Reuben's relocation means for the family's future investment focus remains unclear, but his departure from London marks a symbolic shift for one of Britain's most recognised business dynasties.
