Prince Albert II and Princess Charlène officially opened upgraded animal shelter facilities in Peille, marking improved conditions for rescued animals.

The Monaco Society for the Protection of Animals has completed major improvements to its shelter facilities in Peille, creating better living conditions for animals awaiting new homes.

The enhanced shelter was officially opened on 29th April by Prince Albert II and Princess Charlène, who serves as president of the organisation. The upgrades represent a substantial investment in animal welfare infrastructure, reflecting Monaco's commitment to protecting vulnerable animals in the region.

The improvements come as part of the SPA's ongoing mission to provide sanctuary and care for abandoned and rescued animals. The organisation continues to play a vital role in Monaco's animal welfare landscape, working to find loving homes for pets whilst maintaining high standards of care during their stay at the facility.
