AFCEM president steps down after six years

By Alexandre Morel, MonacoViews Editorial

Johanna Houdrouge is leaving her role as president of the AFCEM on 19 May, closing a six-year tenure focused on raising the association's profile in Monaco's business community.

Johanna Houdrouge will step down as president of the Association des Femmes Chefs d'Entreprises de Monaco on 19 May, bringing to a close a six-year mandate that she has dedicated to embedding the organisation more firmly within the Principality's economic and public life.

During her tenure, Houdrouge worked to give the AFCEM greater visibility and influence, strengthening its position as a recognised voice among Monaco's business institutions. The association, which supports women in leadership and entrepreneurship, has grown in standing across the Principality under her guidance.

Her departure marks a significant transition for the organisation as it looks to build on that foundation under new leadership.
