La Salle Empire

La Salle Empire is the grande dame of Monaco dining, a listed historic monument at the heart of the Hotel de Paris that has been the setting for the Principality s most celebrated gatherings since 1866. The room itself is extraordinary: gold-leaf ceilings, towering frescoes, chandeliers whose crystals catch and scatter the light, marble columns, and sculpted archways frame a space of almost 500 square metres that opens through bay windows onto a terrace overlooking the Place du Casino. The cooking is Mediterranean in character, prepared with the precision and attention to sourcing that guests of the Hotel de Paris expect, and the kitchen draws on the produce of Provence and the Ligurian coast to compose menus that are seasonal without being affected. La Salle Empire serves as both an everyday fine dining destination and a venue for Monaco s grandest private events, accommodating up to 336 guests for seated dinners.
