Jardin Japonais de Monaco

larvottoFree

The Japanese Garden of Monaco was designed by Yasuo Beppu and completed in 1994. Covering 7,000 square metres, the garden follows traditional Japanese landscape principles with a tea house, waterfall, Zen garden, and koi pond. It is free to enter and provides a peaceful retreat alongside the busier Larvotto promenade. Princess Grace was a patron of Japanese arts, and the garden honours that connection.
